The YT-ACM Automatic Colorimeter adopts a d/0 illumination and viewing geometry, equipped with a 150mm diameter integrating sphere and a 30mm measuring aperture, effectively eliminating the influence of specular reflection and ensuring that measurement data accurately reflects sample characteristics. The instrument simulates D65 illumination, supports the CIE 1964 supplementary colorimetric system and the CIE 1976 L*a*b* color space, and can measure more than ten optical parameters, including color, color difference, whiteness, yellowness, opacity, transparency, light scattering and absorption coefficients, and ink absorption value, offering comprehensive functionality and wide applicability.

The device boasts excellent measurement performance: color coordinate resolution reaches 0.0001, while other parameters are 0.01. Repeatability error is strictly controlled, with R457 whiteness ≤0.1, color coordinates ≤0.001, and total color difference ≤0.2, meeting various high-standard testing requirements. The instrument adopts an electromechanical integrated design, features a 5-inch IPS capacitive touch screen, and supports one-touch testing for simple and intuitive operation. A built-in thermal printer allows real-time output of test data, which can also be exported via USB or uploaded to a cloud quality management system via USB or WIFI (2.4G), enabling digital data management.

The YT-ACM also offers good system scalability and maintenance convenience: it can store 10 sets of reference sample data with power-off protection; both the system and screen software support network or USB upgrades, facilitating future updates and maintenance. It adapts well to working environments, operating stably within a temperature range of 5–35℃ and humidity below 85%.
