Core Optical System for Accuracy
The YT-CM3000 adopts a double-beam d/0 geometry, equipped with an imported concave flat-field grating, a 128-element photodiode array detector, and a pulsed xenon lamp. It ensures high sensitivity and stability over a wide wavelength range (400-700 nm). With a spectral bandwidth of 10 nm, a measurement range of 0-200%, a photometric linearity error of only 0.30%, repeatability ΔE* ≤ 0.05, and inter-instrument agreement ≤ 0.30, the instrument can capture subtle color differences and meet stringent quality control requirements.
Multi-functionality, Covering Major Test Standards
The instrument not only measures reflective color and color difference, but also supports more than ten professional indicators: D65 brightness (R457), fluorescence whiteness, CIE whiteness, ceramic whiteness, Hunter whiteness, yellowness, transparency, opacity, light scattering and absorption coefficients, ink absorption value, etc. It fully complies with GB/T, ISO, QB/T and other domestic and international standards, such as GB/T 7974 and ISO 2470-2, ensuring that test results are legally valid and mutually recognized across industries.
Smart Interaction for Standalone Operation
The YT-CM3000 is equipped with a 7-inch capacitive touch screen and a built-in printer. It can independently complete tests, data viewing, statistical analysis, and report printing without a computer. The device provides two measuring apertures (Φ18 mm and Φ34 mm) with automatic recognition, accommodating different sample sizes. Multiple communication interfaces (USB2.0, 2.4G Wi-Fi) facilitate data export, remote upgrades, and connection to quality management systems.
Flexible Calibration and Adjustable UV Component for Fluorescence Whiteness
The instrument comes with non-fluorescent and fluorescent whitening standard plates. Users can calibrate the instrument with transfer standards and adjust the UV radiation component to ensure accurate fluorescence whiteness measurement. Parameters such as brightness calibration factor, ink correction factor, and transparency backing whiteness can be set as needed to adapt to diverse testing scenarios.
Rugged and Durable for Harsh Environments
The host is made of a metal chassis, weighing approximately 23.5 kg, providing stable and interference‑resistant performance. It operates reliably at temperatures of 10–35 °C and relative humidity <85 % in environments without strong electromagnetic interference or vibration. The wide voltage power supply (AC100–240 V, 50/60 Hz) makes it globally applicable.
