YT-IBT Internal Bond Tester

The  Internal Bond Tester refers to the ability of the paperboard to resist separation between the layers. It is a reflection of the internal bonding ability of the paper, which is very important for processing multi-layer paper and cardboard. Low or uneven internal bonding values may cause problems when the paper and cardboard are laid flat in the offset printing machine using sticky inks; too high bonding strength values will make processing difficult and increase production costs.

●  Non-damping encoder reduces bearing friction and improves measurement accuracy.

● Cotex-M4 ARM processor, 7-inch color touch screen, English menu, simple and convenient operation.

● Sample preparation and testing are separated, and pneumatic pressurization is used for sample preparation. Compared with ordinary hydraulic paper samplers, no maintenance such as oiling is required.

● Test data supports USB export.

● The system and screen software can be upgraded via the network or USB.

●  Support multiple communication methods, and the online software (purchased separately) can communicate via WIFI or USB.

● Test data can be uploaded to the cloud server, and the QMS paper quality management system (purchased separately) can be used to monitor paper test data in real time.
