Product Details
The standard Pulp Screening is a laboratory-specific pulp sieve (Somerville type equipment) manufactured according to the TAPPI 275 standard. In the laboratory, the sieve vibrates up and down through the sieve plate to separate the large glue in the pulp. Impurities such as solids, plastics, sediment, iron filings, and fine particles are separated for inspection and quantification, and good pulp that meets the specifications can be obtained from the sieve plate. It is used to detect the content of fiber bundles and the content of impurities.
Principle:Pulp Screening drives the camshaft through the drive of the motor pulley, and vibrates the rubber film up and down, so that the pulp vibrates up and down. The qualified pulp passes through the sieve gap, and the unqualified fiber and slag are left on the sieve plate.
