YT-ZC50 paper tableware stiffness tester is a professional device designed and developed according to the relevant requirements of GB/T27591-2025 Paper Tableware. It is used to test the overall stiffness of paper plates and the bending resistance of paper knives (forks, spoons). Precise control safeguards the bottom line of paper tableware quality; the stiffness and load-bearing capacity of disposable paper plates and bowls are crucial for safe use.
Under the specified test conditions, hold one edge of the paper plate, adjust the height of the support point to make the paper plate horizontal, and apply a force at a certain speed in the vertical direction to the paper plate at the other end. When the pressing head descends to a certain position, record the maximum force value of the force measuring device during the pressing process.
